I get not wanting to interact with asshole dom team members. I do not get taking it out on a whole flight. Particularly when members of a flight have very little say in who manages what. It's not like flights vote in program managers. It usually just falls on whoever is willing to do the work. Finding reliable people to organize dom programs can be a challenge. And when you have a flight manager who is a domineering asshole, good luck getting them out of that position until they are damn good and ready.

Obviously you aren't required to support a particular flight. I just don't get taking it out on the whole flight because you don't like someone on the dom team. There are assholes on every dom team.
