Same. I've played a ton of pet sites over the years and FR staff is hands down the best in terms of responsiveness and transparency and interaction with players. Do I like every decision they make? Nope. But you can't please everyone all of the time. So I figure it's just my turn when I don't like something.

Sometimes the amount of bitching is so out of proportion to whatever the issue is that the only conclusion I can come up with is that some people are completely resistant to change and it doesn't really matter what staff says or how logical their reasoning is for a specific change.
