oh hey what a surprise! my petty gripe is people complaining about "scalpers" because i don't think there's anything wrong with reselling shiny new items while they're hot.
prices--especially new apparel prices--tank pretty damn quick. that stocking period of increased quantity actually makes a huge difference. do you remember when that wasn't a thing and new stuff stocked in quantities no more than 10? because i do. shit was bananas.
let me make a quick buck for a few days by selling new releases to impatient people. i can't draw and i'd rather headbutt a belt sander than coli or fairgrounds grind. these lizards aren't gonna gene themselves and it's not like i'm out there lowballing newbies for their g1s. if everything was always available in the treasure MP it would be kinda boring and i think it would be influencing the player economy too much. let items be rare. let new stuff be exciting.
