I have 134 hoarded, but I always hoped the scattervials would come back and I considered the "investment" to be a consolation prize in case they never did. So, I'm a little disappointed at the implementation now that the scatter journey is more definitely never happening but overall I'm glad we won't run out of ways to put primal on older dragons.
