Huh, okay, so while the straight up tracing/copying is really bad, some of these kind of look like a stretch, no? A lot of accent artists slap a hundred wings or ribbons or whatever on accents like that. And there are only so many things you can do with this "overdetailed but fancy uwu" style, they sorta started looking all the same years ago.

Is it because SS has been getting inspiration from the same few people? Sorry, I'm not very experienced in this whole area. Not trying to defend Spassow - tbh I hate this style with passion and am glad FR will be getting less of these - but I am curious about the whole "how close is too close" issue with accents, god knows many accents look similar these days, yes I am looking at male Wildclaws.
