I still have no idea how they could chose them as a site artist.
a lot of the genes they make are lackluster and just bad (hello keel and firefly)
their portfolio shows an incredible lack of understanding of anatomy. yeah they can render pretty well, but I highly doubt they ever studied anatomy for real. their characters are just wonky and badly proportioned. while it works in some pieces, the more realistic ones instantly break apart because of the lack of anatomical knowledge.
