a banned account says "account locked" in the box where you can type a profile comment; i'd say the chances are slim that she comes back. imo the only way she would is if she appeals her ban and they unban her, but.. rhea has been so mean and nasty to the admins i can't see them allowing her back on the site once they've gotten rid of the stank
