Skyeline literally physically hurt someone they knew by using their place on the Dom team and the permissions they had in the Earth Dom server to set off that person's sensory disorder and then tried to find excuses to keep that going for as long as they could rather than fixing it when someone else also mentioned that they were having sensory issues. That sounds pretty abusive to me.
