tbh you know what FR is actually lacking in my opinion? An actual appeals system. Because now, at least as far as I've seen from various screenshots of players (both banned and not) interacting with FR support, FR is "absolutely never" wrong. Then I wouldn't scoff too much at any automated instaban because a player could have an actual, real chance to be unbanned and not, you know, just always told to make a new account by a seemingly automated email. Instead right now it doesn't even matter whether you are an actual scammer or got swept up, if someone in FR support or one of their algorithms decided that you are a rule breaker, you are one.
